Mire Games: Offline Mini Games — help, contact and answers to the questions we get most.
Contact us
Email us about anything: a bug, a game that will not open, your coins or quests, advertising, your data, or an idea for a game you would like to see.
We answer in English and Turkish, usually within two business days. Telling us your device and iOS or Android version helps us reproduce a problem faster.
Common questions
The app will not open, or a game shows a blank screen
Close the app fully and reopen it. If that does not help, reinstall it — your coins, quests and best scores live on our servers under the name in Settings, so a reinstall does not lose them. If it still happens, email us with your device model and OS version.
Do I need internet to play?
No. All games are installed with the app and run entirely on your device. An internet connection is only used for the leaderboard, friends and the optional rewarded videos.
How do ads work?
There are no forced ads. There are no banners and nothing plays between games. The only advertising is an optional rewarded video you can choose to watch — to double the coins from a run, to revive, for extra charges in some games, or to unlock a costume. If you never tap one of those buttons you will never see an ad. Ads are served by Google AdMob, are not personalised, and the app does not ask for tracking permission or use the advertising identifier.
Are there in-app purchases?
No. There is nothing to buy in Mire Games. Coins are earned by playing.
What is a suitable age for this app?
The games are simple and family friendly. The app has a leaderboard where players appear under a nickname the app generates for them, and an optional friends list. No account, email address or phone number is required, and the app never reads your contacts.
How do I change the name shown on the leaderboard?
Open the gear icon in the top right of the home screen. Your name is at the top of the sheet that opens.
How do I delete my data?
Open the gear icon, scroll to the bottom and use "Delete my data". That removes your account and your scores from our servers. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
I lost my coins or my quest progress
Version 1.1.1 reset the coins, crowns and quests once, on purpose: the previous numbers came from a test version of the economy and were not real balances. Best scores on the endless leaderboards were kept. Nothing after that reset is ever cleared by an update.
Privacy and terms
Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what the app stores and why, and our Terms of Service cover the rest. If anything in either document is unclear, ask us — we would rather explain it than have you guess.
